NSR of Asia was established by Joshua Flannery, who himself has played soccer since he was 6 years old.
Inspired by his love of sports and strong values in education, he initiated the 2006 Japan-Australia StudyLink Cup. The tournament saw a group of skillful Japanese university student soccer players tour Australia and play competitive matches against 2 Australian university teams and a team from the Australian Institute of Sport.
It was the success of this tournament that brought Joshua in touch with National Scouting Report meaning NSR of Asia could be born.
